Growing from
slowing down

Inspiring for a holistic and creative approach
to generate more collective wellbeing

Imagine that your organisation or team can finally...

  • relieve unnecessary tensions and stress, therefore, prevent exhaustion and burn out
  • find a deeper interpersonal connection to develop more lasting relationships
  • develop imagination, spontaneity, and creative thinking

Are you ready for the transformation?

Let's make it happen together!

I offer workshops, courses and educational programs that aim to unlearn the mind-oriented approach and build a body-mind-creativity balance.

Over the past two years, I have been supporting universities and organisations in this mission by creating tailor-made programs for their teams or teachers and students.

How it works

The method

An Arts-Based Methodology that focuses on body awareness and creative expression as a tool to open a space for connection with others (humans and non-humans) and for critical thinking.

BODY AWARENESS

Through our bodily senses we can uncover an alternative way of thinking. From sensory exploration to mindful movement: the exercises are inspired to yoga practices and contemporary dance improvisation.

CREATIVE EXPRESSION

This method aims to make creativity accessible to everyone. The main techniques are drawing, collage making, expressive painting, performance, and dance.

CRITICAL THINKING

A crucial element is the stimulation of critical reflection, lateral thinking, and self-reflection. In this stage, the acknowledgment of the learning happens.
